1:1 Clients
I am extremely grateful for finding Stephanie as my ADHD coach. Upon recently being diagnosed with ADHD, I was at a loss on where to begin. Fortunately, it was recommended to me to work with an ADHD coach, a concept I was previously unaware of. After browsing through the ACO website, I came across Stephanie's profile and was immediately drawn to her story, as it closely mirrored my own experiences.
Since booking my first session with Stephanie, I have felt a newfound sense of accountability that I had been lacking before. It has been incredible to see my goals, which I had previously been putting off, finally come to fruition. Stephanie has guided me in developing new thought processes and has helped me distinguish between realistic expectations for myself as a human being, rather than trying to meet impossibly high standards like a robot.
What sets Stephanie apart is her exceptional listening skills and her ability to bolster my confidence. She truly hears me and validates my experiences, which has been immensely empowering. Her support has been invaluable in helping me navigate the challenges of ADHD and develop strategies to overcome them. I am deeply grateful for Stephanie's guidance and expertise, and I look forward to continuing my journey with her as my trusted ADHD coach.

Group Clients
Group coaching with Stephanie has been a life-changing experience. Stephanie provided a supportive and safe community with whom I could share my neurodivergent experience.Group coaching helped me look at the “negatives” of my neurodiversity through a different lens. Indeed, hearing how others experienced similar struggles navigating their own neurodiversity gave me valuable perspective and helped me realize, “it’s not just me!”Group coaching helped me gain empathy for myself—something I wasn’t able to achieve via 1:1 coaching alone. It allowed me the space to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm strategies with multiple people at the same time, and, ultimately, has helped me become a happier and more-consistent person.
