I am extremely grateful for finding Stephanie as my ADHD coach. Upon recently being diagnosed with ADHD, I was at a loss on where to begin. Fortunately, it was recommended to me to work with an ADHD coach, a concept I was previously unaware of. After browsing through the ACO website, I came across Stephanie's profile and was immediately drawn to her story, as it closely mirrored my own experiences.
