Group coaching with Stephanie has been a life-changing experience. Stephanie provided a supportive and safe community with whom I could share my neurodivergent experience.
 
Group coaching helped me look at the “negatives” of my neurodiversity through a different lens. Indeed, hearing how others experienced similar struggles navigating their own neurodiversity gave me valuable perspective and helped me realize, “it’s not just me!”
 
Group coaching helped me gain empathy for myself—something I wasn’t able to achieve via 1:1 coaching alone. It allowed me the space to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm strategies with multiple people at the same time, and, ultimately, has helped me become a happier and more-consistent person.
